Active users saw a dip mid-quarter but closed at about 222K.

SoundCloud: The Music You Love saw a steady increase in revenue, peaking at $31K in late September. Downloads remained fairly consistent, averaging around 2.9K weekly. Active users, however, showed a gradual decline, ending the quarter at approximately 140K.
